The VHF Activity in Delhi is mainly on the Delhi VHF Repeater VU2 DLR. It is Located in the southern part of Delhi city. The HAM Stations are located in every part of Delhi. The activity on the Repeater is primarily in the evening but the Stations keep coming and going on the Repeater. The REPEATER FREQUENCIES ARE: TX 145.000 MHz / RX 145.600 MHz (-600 KHz IS THE SHIFT). THE Repeater is accessable from all most very part of New Delhi and adjoining Areas like Gurgaon, Faridabad, Noida. with the Help of a ordinary 1/4 wave GP external antenna and the rubber duck, handheld operation is ok only in South Delhi.
